Our family started eating on the GAPS Diet about 9 years ago. And for most of those years, I ended up going back and forth, on the diet, seeming to have been "healed," then seeing my health revert back to the same kinds of problems (food intolerances) I had had before starting.
Now, instead of the GAPS Diet, I would highly recommend looking in the a different protocol, the Vitamin A, Aldehyde & Glyphosate Detox Diet. (1.)
I have already started creating & posting recipes suited for that protocol, such as this adzuki bean recipe (which is definitely NOT on the GAPS Diet, though if you substituted a GAPS legal bean, like white beans, that might work, if it tastes ok), and this lime mint smoothie (which can be made full-GAPS legal by using honey as the sweetener).
But because I already have a fair amount of GAPS Diet recipes on my website, I am publishing this page as a help to those who are already on the diet, and looking for recipes.

Many of the savory foods we ate on the GAPS Diet were very simple. Lots of broth, lots of meat, lots of vegetables. And we especially had lots of sauerkraut! Here are a few basic recipes that might help you as you move through the different stages of the GAPS Diet Intro, and/or eat according to the Full GAPS Diet plan, which has more foods which are allowable.

You might notice this is a much longer list of recipes than the list of savory ones, lol.
That might be because more people search online for healthy sweets.
Or sweets in general.
Or because my sweet recipes always get more traffic, so I published more of them, you know, because of popular demand.
Or it could be because I have an incredibly strong sweet tooth, always have. You can read more about my confessions of overindulging in sweets in this post about breaking sugar addiction.
It might be all of the above reasons, really.
But here they are, a nice list of sweets you may eat, "legally," on the GAPS Diet. Just don't overdo them... trust me on this.
The fact that most are high in fiber does help keep you from overindulging, so they have that going for them.
