While Fit and Fabulous in 15 Minutes is great for anyone looking for a workout that actually works to help slim down, it is targeted toward women. It is especially good for those who want to learn about T-Tapp workouts, and how to get the most out of them. It is such a great fat-burning workout!
It is also perfect for anyone looking for inspiration and motivation. The stories accompanying the many before and after pictures contain many non-scale victories. If you’d like help getting motivated to do consistent, regular workouts, It is really great for amping up your fitness motivation!
It is also ideal for people who want to not only get the benefits of regular workouts but who want to get visible results. So often we women of a certain age and above find that just eating less and moving more is no longer enough to lose fat. T-Tapp workouts actually help many of us see inch loss after finding the usual cardio-and-weights path found in so many gyms and home exercise videos just not cutting it.
Fit and Fabulous in 15 Minutes is more than just inspirational stories, though. It goes into great detail with instructions on how to do each signature move in the T-Tapp Total Workout.
And for those who purchase a new copy of the book, it comes with a DVD of some additional sample exercises, as I mentioned above.
Though it’s quite a simple plan, Teresa Tapp reveals her philosophy on healthy eating and dieting, and it is a very freeing way of thinking and eating. She divides foods into two simple groups:

As I mentioned above, the book is a great read if you’re looking for inspiration.
But its value deepens when you use the detailed tutorials for the workouts. These are very detailed, with multiple photos. With T-Tapp, form is everything. If you want good results, you will want to be sure to use good form.
Though the book could be used alone, I think it is best to use it as a supplement, along with watching the instructional workout videos. I believe this will help to allow to you get the most out of the workouts.
In the past, you would have needed to buy a copy of either Basic Workout Plus or Total Workout to do this. But for now, you can actually follow along with this video of T-Tapp Basic Workout Plus–Instructional Tape 1.
You will want to do the workout along with this video about 3-5 or even more times–however long it takes for you to feel like you understand the instructions and are following along with good form.
Once you reach that point, you can then do the streaming version of the regular 15-minute T-Tapp Basic Workout Plus.

I am living proof. After giving birth to 6 children, being sedentary through many of those years, and then trying T-Tapp (actually to alleviate lower back pain), I lost 41 inches in about 10 months, without changing my diet (though I did follow these tips for how to make a coconut milk smoothie for weight loss. Actually, I made a daily smoothie very much like this strawberry banana smoothie recipe (though I often used blueberries).
Thankfully I used a good printable body measurement chart, or I don't think I'd have realized it.

Why?
Because not only has Teresa Tapp, its author, passed away, but she died intestate.
Because she did not leave a will, her company has been in probate for an extended period of time. It's been such a long and drawn-out process that not only has the domain expired for the T-Tapp site, but it seems another business has taken it over.
I’m not sure if the company will ever come back, her estate seems to be taking so long to go through probate (if it is even still in probate?).
And I have no reason to think the book will ever be reprinted, sadly.
So there are a finite number of books available, and when the new ones are gone, they will likely be gone for good (or sellers will charge an arm and a leg for them, sigh).
